I believe that with anything in life worth having, there is a lot of hard work involved. However, sometimes you can work smart and save yourself a lot of trouble. This is the key element that most businesses forget. They are all about “profits” and forget that profiting that extra dollar or two can sometimes be demoralizing to the frontline–the people who are actually doing the work.

What I will never understand is how all these businesses ignore project management software-the one thing that works like glue to hold their business together! Most businesses get buried under so much paperwork that it is a matter of time until the business falls apart. Trust me, the customers will notice such a deep rooted issue as well.

Funny thing is, these project management software are pretty affordable. If you can’t afford $50 per month, then you should at least choose a management software that allows a free trial or account.
